Abstract
These regulations amend the Conservation of Wild Birds Regulations (the principal regulations).
In regulation 2 the new definition of organization representing taxidermists is added.
Sub-regulation (1) of regulation 21 of the principal regulations, concerning the stuffing or mounting of birds or the acting as a taxidermist, shall be amended to substitute the requirement of a licence issued by the Wild Birds Regulation Unit with the requirement of a membership with an organization representing taxidermists and without a taxidermist's licence issued by the Wild Birds Regulation Unit.
In Sub-regulation (2) of regulation 23 of the principal regulations, paragraph (f), concerning the application of bird ringers, is substituted by a new paragraph.
