Abstract
The title of these regulations is the Conservation of Wild Birds (Declaration of a Derogation for the Control of Sturnus vulgaris and Columba livia) Regulations, 2023. This derogation only applies for the control of Sturnus vulgaris and Columba livia. Establishment of control period.
The period for the control of Sturnus vulgaris and Columba livia shall be for a one (1) year period from the date of publication of these regulations.
The control of Sturnus vulgaris and Columba livia shall be in accordance with the provisions of the framework laid down by the Conservation of Wild Birds (Framework for Allowing a Derogation for the Control of Birds in the Interest of Air Safety) Regulations and the Wild Birds Regulations.
