Abstract
This Derogation, which only applies for the control of Sturnus vulgaris and Columba livia, establishes that the period for the control of Sturnus vulgaris and Columba livia shall be for a one (1) year period from the date of publication of these regulations. It further establishes that the control of Sturnus vulgaris and Columba livia shall be in accordance with the provisions of the framework laid down by the Conservation of Wild Birds (Framework for Allowing a Derogation for the Control of Birds in the Interest of Air Safety) Regulations and the Wild Birds Regulations.
