Abstract
These regulations amend the Conservation of Wild Birds (Framework for Allowing a Derogation to Carry out Scientific Research on Seven Finch Species) Regulations (the principal regulations).
In particular it amends sub-regulation (2) of regulation 2 with regard to the definition "live-decoy"; paragraph (k) of sub-regulation 12 concerning birds to be fitted with a closed ring.
Sub-regulation (3) of regulation 13, concerning checks to carried out on birds by a Police officer, is substituted.
