Abstract
These provisions lay down some amendments to the Conservation of Wild Birds (Framework for Allowing a Derogation Opening an Autumn Live-Capturing Season for Song Thrush and Golden Plover) Regulations, as regards (i) the periods during which autumn live-capturing shall be allowed, and (ii) related total allowable catches.
