Abstract
These Regulations amend the Conservation of Wild Birds (Framework for Allowing a Derogation Opening an Autumn Live-Capturing Season for Song Thrush and Golden Plover) Regulations, (principal regulations) by substituting the definition of "protected areas" and by rewording sub-regulation (2) of regulation 8.
