Convention on Nuclear Safety Regulations (L.N. 440 of 2007).

These Regulations set out the framework for nuclear safety of nuclear installations in accordance with the Convetion on Nuclear Safety to the extent that those installations can have an effect on Malta. The Regulations identify the responsible bodies and authorities and establish specific obligations for operators of such installations.
