Criteria for approval and supervision of Breeders’ Associations and Breeding Organizations which establish or maintain Herd Books for Pure-Bred Breeding Pigs Regulations, 2003 (L.N. 311 of 2003).

By way of implementation of the provisions laid down in Commission Decision 89/501/EEC, these Regulations establish the criteria to be met by breeders’ associations and breeding organizations which establish or maintain herd books of pure-bred breeding pigs, with a view to be officially approved and operate as such. Regulation 4 concerns the withdrawal of the official approval.
