By way of implementation of Commission Decision 90/254/EEC, the present Regulations set out criteria concerning the approval of breeders’ organizations and associations which establish or maintain flock-blocks for pure-bred breeding sheep and goats. In order to be officially approved, such organizations and associations shall meet the requirements specified in the Schedule hereby attached.
