Abstract
The aim of these Regulations is to provide additional measures, procedures and guidance for the better administration of the Eco-contribution Act, which imposes an eco-contribution on products which result in waste. The administrative penalties to be applied in case of violation of the provisions contained in the Act are set out in these Regulations.
