Feedingstuffs Intended for Particular Nutritional Purposes Rules, 2005 (L.N. 231 of 2005).

The present Rules apply to feedingstuffs which are intended for particular nutritional purposes, namely those referred to in a list to be drawn up in accordance with the Schedule hereby attached. Such feedingstuffs shall be marketed in compliance with the conditions, including labelling requirements, prescribed by these Rules. Official inspections shall be carried out in order to ensure compliance with such precriptions.
