Fishing Vessels (Amendment No. 2) Regulations, 2020 L.N. 236 of 2020

The provisions of these regulations amend the Fishing Vessels Regulations of 2004 by adding a new regulation 24 suspending all effects at law of the provisions of regulation 9 (referring to the creation of a temporary register to record vessels of certain categories - A and B - not registering a catch and sale of fish of a certain value, to be included in a third category - C). Notwithstanding the above provisions the right to be removed from the temporary register and the right to regain a right of registration in categories A or B shall retain effect throughout the year 2020 and throughout any period of extension
