Fishing Vessels (Amendment) Regulations, 2020 (L.N. 158 of 2020).

These provisions amend the Fishing Vessels Regulations by replacing the text in regulation 13, which relates to the inter vivos fishing licence transfer. The Director responsible for fisheries and aquaculture shall update the fishing licence details of a registered fishing vessel upon receiving a joint written request from the fishing licence holder and an ascendant or descendant up to the first degree, whether by consanguinity or affinity, who shall be registered as the new fishing licence holder.
