Abstract
These Regulations are adopted to implement at the national level the provisions laid down under Regulation (EU) No. 517/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council on fluorinated greenhouse gases. The Technical Regulations Division shall be the national competent authority for the purposes of that Regulation.
