Abstract
These regulations amend regulation 3 and 5 of the Framework for Allowing a Derogation Opening a Spring Hunting Season for Turtle Dove and Quail Regulations, (principal regulations). In regulation 3 is added the possibility that the Minister decide on whether he shall establish the daily bag limit for each licence and the seasonal bag limit for each licence to be allowed for that particular Spring hunting season. Paragraph (b) of regulation 5 is amended to reflect such addition.
