Abstract
These Regulations lay down some amendments to the Freedom of Access to Information on the Environment Regulations of 2005. The amendments concern in particular the request for environmental information and the related procedure. Further new regulation 12 is inserted, as regards appeal to the Environment and Planning Review Tribunal.
