Fruit Juices and Similar Products (Amendment) Regulations, 2011 (L.N. 41 of 2011).

These provisions lay down some amendments and addenda to the Fruit Jiuces and Similar Products Regulations. Firstly, the text in paragraph 1, sub-paragraph (b) of Part I of Schedule I is replaced by the text set out in regulation 4, which gives the definition of fruit jiuce from concentrate. Secondly, the Fifth Schedule is added. This new Schedule lays down the table of minimum degree Brix values for reconstituted fruit juice and reconstituted fruit purée.
