Fruit Trees Propagation Material (Amendment No. 2) Regulations, 2020

These Regulations, to be read and construed as one with the Fruit Trees Propagation Material Regulations (the principal regulations), which transpose Commission Implementing Directive (EU) 2019/1813 amending Implementing Directive 2014/96/EU on the requirements for the labelling, sealing and packaging of fruit plant propagating material and fruit plants intended for fruit production, amend item Schedule II of the principal regulations by substituting item (4) of Section I concerning the colours of the label and Section IV regulating Supplier’s document for CAC material with regard to the avoidance of confusion with other accompanying documents, necessary minimum information to be contained therein and formal requirements concerning the colour and language of the document.
