Fruit Trees Propagation Material (Amendment) Regulations, 2009 (L.N. 46 of 2009).

These provisions amend the Fruit Trees Propagation Material Regulations by modifying the date until which Malta may apply to the import of propagation material and fruit trees from third countries which have conditions at least equivalent to those laid down temporarily or permanently in the schedules attached to the amended Regulations.
