Abstract
Annexes I and II to the National Emission Ceilings for Certain Atmospheric Pollutants Regulations, 2002 (L.N. 291 of 2002) shall be replaced by the texts laid down in regulation 4 hereto. Annex I sets out national emission ceilings to be attained by 2010, whereas Annex II specifies the methodologies for emission inventories and projections.
