Nitrates Action Programme (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 (L.N. 104 of 2018).

These provisions lay down some amendments and addenda to the Nitrates Action Programme Regulations, which are applicable to agricultural activities and aim to reduce pollution of water resources by nitrates from agricultural sources. The amendments concern, among other aspects, the definition of farm structure and fertilizer; the functions of the Department; certain exemptions applicable to livestock farmers rearing certified organic animals; movements from holdings of soil improvers and soil conditioners.
