Owning and Keeping of Dangerous Animals Regulations, 2016 (L.N. 46 of 2016).

These Regulations lay down the procedures for the registration of dangerous animals and their transfer, registration as keeper and the proper keeping of such animals in Malta. The Director responsible for Veterinary Services may deem any animal to be a dangerous animal. Dangerous animals shall only be kept in licenced zoos.
