Abstract
Regulation 2 defines the application sphere of the Regulations and divides "processed cereal-based foods" into four categories. No person shall keep, sell, or import any such food or other baby food intended for infants and young children which does not comply with requirements laid down by the present Regulations. Regulation 4 specifies requirements regarding the production of processed cereal-based foods and baby foods. They shall comply with the compositional criteria specified in First and Second Schedule respectively. The labelling of such foods shall bear, in addition to other labelling requirements, the mandatory particulars listed in regulation 5. (5 regulations completed by 5 Schedules)
