Abstract
There are hereby laid down certain amendments to the Propagation Material of Vines Regulations of 2004. The Department, as indicated in the principal Regulations is replaced by the Directorate. The new definition of "regulated non-quarantine pests" is added in Regulation 3. Regulation 4 is substituted so as to add an obligation, resting on professional operators and non professional final users introducing vine propagation material from another EU Member State, to declare the introduction of such material through dedicated systems and forms and within a given time. Regulations 5 and 6 of the principal regulations are deleted while Schedule I annexed to the principal regulation, on the conditions relating to the growing crop, is substituted by the texts that are enclosed.
