Abstract
These Regulations lay down certain amendments to Protection of Waters against Pollution caused by Nitrates from Agricultural Sources Regulations 2001 (L.N. 343 of 2001). The competent authority shall designate as a vulnerable zone all known areas of land in Malta which drain into the waters identified according to regulation 4 (1) of the main Regulations and which contribute to pollution. As established by Annex VI hereby added, all of Malta shall be considered one entire Nitrate Vulnerable Zone.
