Public and Animal Health Problems relating to the Killing and the Placing on the Market of Wild Game Meat Rules, 2004 (L.N. 504 of 2004).

These Rules have been adopted in implementation of Directive 92/45/EEC which makes provision on public health and animal health problems relating to the killing of wild game and the placing on the market of wild-game meat. The Rules consist of the following Chapters: (I) General provisions; (II) Provisions applicable to Community production and trade; (III) Provisions applicable to imports into the Community. Moreover, two Schedules are attached.
