Rearing of Broilers Regulations, 2005 (L.N. 119 of 2005).

These Regulations apply to the rearing of broilers, for which a licence issued by the Veterinary Services shall be required. No licence shall be issued or renewed unless the conditions hereby prescribed and those laid down in regulations concerning waste management are complied with. Regulation 5 lays down conditions for slaughtering broilers. Inspections shall be carried out and, in case of infringement, the penalties laid down under regulation 8 shall be applied.
