Resource, Recovery and Recycling Agency(Amendment) Order, 2021. L.N. 256 of 2021

This order amends the Resource, Recovery and RecyclingAgency (Establishment) Order of 2018 ("principalorder"). Article 1 of the principal order is changed to reflect the following new title: "the Circular Economy Malta(Establishment) Order." Article 2 is modified to reword some definitions ("Act, Agency Agreement, Minister; Permanent Secretary"). In sub-article (1) of article 3, the words "Resource, Recovery and Recycling Agency" shall be substituted by the words "Circular Economy Malta".
