Seeds of Agricultural Plants and Vegetables (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 2007 (L.N. 89 of 2007).

These Regulations amend table 1.5 of Schedule I of the Seeds of Agricultural Plants and Vegetables Regulations. The table lays down the list of genera and species of vegetables covered by the scope of the Regulations. Table 1.20 of Schedule IV, concerning the sampling of seed lots, is amended as well.
