Seeds of Agricultural Plants and Vegetables Regulations, 2004 (L.N. 276 of 2004).

The present Regulations establish the quality standards to be met by seeds of agricultural plants and vegetables which are produced, placed on the market in Malta or transhipped through Malta prior to its transport to another European Community Member State. These provisions also control the production, with a view to marketing and to the marketing, of seeds of agricultural plants and vegetables of the genera, species and their hybrids listed in Schedule I within the Community.
