Abstract
In compliance with the provisions laid down in Directive 1992/105/EEC, these Regulations provide for the establishment of a degree of standardization for plant passports to be used for the movement of certain plants and plant products. Furthermore, detailed procedures related to the issue of such plant passports are regulated.
