Support for Reducing the Environmental Impact of Construction Activities Regulations, 2022.

These Regulations aim at reducing the environmental impact of construction activities. Where a corporation is satisfied that the undertaking requires assistance to carry out investments that reduce the impact of its construction activities by reducing the volume of construction waste, control dust emissions or the replacement of equipment, the corporation may provide assistance at an aid intensity of up to fifty per cent to a maximum amount of one hundred thousand euros per project. The utilization of tax credits are foreseen in accordance with these regulations.
