Territorial Waters Regulations, 2015 (L.N. 236 of 2015).

The purpose of these Regulations is to regulate activities in the internal waters and territorial waters of Malta by making explicit reference to the Continental Shelf Regulations: the provisions of regulations 3 to 10 of the Continental Shelf Regulations shall also apply in the internal waters and territorial waters of Malta.
