Abstract
These Regulations apply to the marketing of timber and timber products. They are adopted in accordance with the rules laid down under Regulation (EU) No. 995/2010 of the European Parliament and of the Council laying down the obligations of operators who place timber and timber products on the market. The Directorate of Agriculture is designated to be the competent authority. Provisions in inspection and administrative penalties are set out.
