Abstract
These provisions are composed of 11 articles organised in five parts. The first part amends the Conservation of Wild Birds(Declaration of a Derogation for the Control of Sturnus vulgaris and Columbia Livia) Regulations (the principal regulations)by adding to the title in regulations 1 the words "for the Period of 2015–2016". The second part do the same by changing the words in "for the Period of 2016–2017" and so on until the eleventh part that changes the words in "for the Period of 2019–2020".
