Waste (Amendment No. 2) Regulations, 2021 (L.N. 451 of 2021).

These Regulations, amend the Waste Regulations (principal regulations). In the Arrangement of Regulations, there shall be added schedule 11 (Waste Management Fund), 12 (Examples of Economic Instruments and other Measures to Provide Incentives for the Application of the Waste Hierarchy referred to in regulation 4A) and 13 (Implementation Plan)are added. Regulation 4A of the principal regulations, concerning public incentives for the application of the waste hierarchy, is amended. Regulation 10 concerning the deadlines for the atteinment of the targets referred by the same regulation.
