Abstract
These provisions lay down some amendments to the Waste Regulations of 2011, particularly as regards gaseous effluents emitted in the atmosphere and carbon dioxide captured and transported for the purposes of geological storage. Amendments are also laid down to Schedule 2 as regards the energy efficiency formula value, which shall be multiplied by a climate correction factor.
