Abstract
These provisions lay down some amendments to the Waste Management (Packaging and Packaging Waste) Regulations of 2006. The amendments concern the application scope (packaging not intended for putting on the market in Malta and waste not exceeding the quantity specified are excluded) and duties of producers of packaging and packaging waste.
