Waste Management (Packaging and Packaging Waste) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations, 2021.

These Regulations amend the Waste Management (Packaging and Packaging Waste) Regulations (the principal regulations). In particular regulation 8 of the principal regulations is partially substituted, in the part concerning the deadlines referred to by Schedule 3 and the implementation plan to be submitted in accordance with Schedule 15. Regulation 9, which concerns the database containing annual records about packaging and packaging waste, is also substituted with regard to the information to be provided to the competent authority according to the format specified in Schedule 4. Schedule 4 is also substituted. Immediately after Schedule 14 is added a new Schedule 15 concerning the implementation plan referred by regulation 8.
