Abstract
These regulations amend the Water Supply regulations (the principal regulations). In particular, regulation 2 of the principal regulation is slightly reworded while at regulation 12, sub-regulations (1), (2) and (3) are substituted by new sub-regulations concerning, respectively, the tariff for a Residential Premises Service, the tariff for a Non-Residential Premises Service and the tariff for a Domestic Premises Service.
After sub-regulation (8) a new sub-regulation (9) is added, concerning the definition of the words "calendar year". Also regulation 16, concerning the applicable tariff for the supply of highly polished reclaimed water is amended. Finally, the First, Second, Third and Fourth Schedules to the principal regulations are substituted by new schedules.
