Abstract
These Regulations lay down provisions applicable to water supply and sewerage services in Malta. A licence is required to provide such services. The Regulations specify the conditions under which such licences shall be granted, as well as the circumstances under which the competent authority shall order the suspension, revocation or cancellation of licences. Regulation 13 concerns licence fees; Regulation 15 deals with offences and related penalties.
