Abstract
This Decree provides for the registration of approved laboratories, i.e. laboratories that have the necessary facilities for the analysis of agricultural products and substances used in agriculture or the industry dealing with agricultural products. This shall be done at the Ministry of Agriculture and Natural Resources and the Environment in a specific register. No other person than an Agricultural Chemist may carry out analysis as covered by these Regulations.
