Abstract
These Regulations amend the Black River District Council (Collection and Disposal of Refuse) Regulations 1997 in paragraph 15 concerning a scavenging fee in relation with the municipal statutory duties of cleaning and maintenance of roads, drains, pavements etc, including collection and removal of refuse and the Schedule (fees).
