Abstract
This Act establishes the Board of Agriculture and Natural Resources and defines its functions, powers and internal organization. The Board shall advise the Minister on all matters of general policy relating to agriculture, to forestry, the utilization and preservation of natural resources and to the environment. The Minister may appoint committees and technical exports in relation with the work of the Board.
