Abstract
These Regulations, made by the Minister under sections 17 and 63(1) of the Mauritius Cane Industry Authority Act, amend the Cane (Specification of Varieties) Regulations 2013 in its Schedule, which specifies the varieties of cane which may be planted and propagated.
