Central Water Authority (Water Supply for Domestic Purposes) (Amendment) Regulations 2008 (G.N. No. 9 of 2008).

These Regulations amend the Central Water Authority (Water Supply for Domestic Purposes) Regulations 1992 in regulation 3 by adding immediately after the word "Schedule" the words "and shall pay a non-refundable processing fee of 300 rupees at the time of making the application" and in regulation 9 by deleting the word "reconnected" and replacing it by the word "connected". Regulation 3 concerns application for water supply connections and regulation 9 concerns a deposit for connection.
