Abstract
These Regulations provide rules relative to water supply by the Central Water Authority to a property for non-domestic purposes including supply water for irrigation of cultivations and breeding of livestock or poultry for commercial purposes. The owner or occupier of a property shall make a written application to the Authority in the form set out in the Second Schedule. The Regulations prohibit, among other things, the abstracting, consuming or use of water from the waterworks without lawful authority or reasonable excuse. They also prohibit the pollution of water.
