Abstract
These Regulations amend the Central Water Authority (Water Supply for Non-Domestic Purposes) Regulations 2011: in regulation 2 by inserting a definition of “road reinstatement”; in paragraph 2 of regulation 6 and regulation 21(6) concerning fees payable for a new water supply; in regulation 20 concerning application for discontinuation of water supply; and in Part A of the Second Schedule specifying fees.
