Co-operative Law Advisory Committee Regulations 2015 (GN No. 152 of 2015).

These Regulations, made by the Minister under section 126(2)(d) of the Co-operatives Act, set up for the purposes of the Act a Co-operative Law Advisory Committee. The Committee shall make recommendations to the Minister on (a) reforms to the co-operative legislation; and (b) such draft regulations, codes, guidelines and circulars as may be necessary.
