Consumer Protection (Fixed Penalty Notice) Regulations, Government Notice no. 240 of 2020.

These Regulations, made by the Minister under section 35 of the Consumer Protection (Price and Supplies Control) Act, concern fines, in respect of the offences specified in the attachment, including: selling or supplying controlled goods at a price higher than the fixed; selling or supplying controlled goods at a price higher than that shown; selling or supplying goods exceeding the maximum mark-up; charging VAT where it is not chargeable; giving misleading indication on goods to be sold; failing to display a specimen of every goods to be sold.
